Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing manifestscope.com, app.manifestscope.com, or related APIs, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use ManifestScope on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

ManifestScope provides access to US customs manifest intelligence from public trade records, plus related tools (web search, HTTP API, MCP, Manifest AI, integrations). Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & subscription

  • An active paid plan is required for product access.
  • Payments are upfront via Stripe. We do not offer net-30 or invoice terms.
  • Plan credits reset monthly; unused plan credits do not roll over.
  • Top-up credits roll for 12 months from purchase while your subscription is active.
  • At zero credits, billable data actions are blocked until you top up or upgrade.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse rate limits, scrape beyond authorized API/MCP use, or circumvent metering
  • Resell raw data dumps in violation of these terms or applicable law
  • Use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or fraud
  • Interfere with security, other customers, or Manifest AI policy guardrails

5. Credits & disputes

Credit burns follow the published burn catalog. Manifest AI may resolve billing disputes and grant goodwill credits within published policy limits. Goodwill is discretionary and capped. Invalid or abusive dispute patterns may be denied.

6. Intellectual property

ManifestScope branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Public trade records remain subject to their public-source nature; your outputs from the service are for your internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." Trade data may contain errors or delays inherent in public filings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Manifest AI responses may be inaccurate; verify critical decisions independently.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription through billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, or material breach. Upon termination, access to data surfaces ends; ledger records may be retained as required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules. Contact: legal@manifestscope.com or Manifest AI for account issues.
