ManifestScope ("we," "us") provides US customs manifest search, API, MCP, and AI assistant services at manifestscope.com and related subdomains. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our websites and product.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, organization name, billing contact, and authentication identifiers.
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store customer and subscription IDs, plan, and credit ledger history — not full card numbers.
  • Usage data: searches, exports, API/MCP calls, agent messages, credit burns, and request IDs needed to operate metering and support.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and cookies or similar technologies for security and product analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, and improve ManifestScope
  • Process subscriptions, top-ups, and credit grants
  • Enforce rate limits, abuse controls, and credit hard-stops
  • Respond via Manifest AI to account and product questions
  • Send transactional email (receipts, security notices)
  • Comply with law and protect our rights

4. Trade data

Manifest records available in the product are derived from public US customs trade records. Your queries and exports are associated with your organization for metering and audit. We do not sell your search history to third parties.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the product (for example Stripe for payments, cloud hosting, email delivery, and LLM providers for Manifest AI). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect security.

6. Retention

We retain account and credit ledger records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, dispute, and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to those requirements.

7. Your choices

You can update org settings in the app, manage billing through Stripe-hosted flows, and contact us via Manifest AI for account requests. Marketing site analytics may use privacy-conscious tooling; you can use browser controls to limit cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and SSO where available.

9. Children

ManifestScope is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
